Surprises are often seen as nice things, but those of more annoying character should of course be avoided from the very beginning of the development of a new product. This in particular is a real challenge in the area of the tube forming technology (http://www.tube-processing-machines.com/pipe-forming-mach ...), of course, because of the increasingly complex requirements and smaller tolerances. Prototyping Department of transfluid hand takes on this. In the Research Department, components and tools can be up to 45 mm tube diameter now also be tested. Versatile test is carried out on two axial tube forming machines, which sell for up to 25 tonnes, power, and on a CNC controlled rotating pipe forming machine.
Tube forms-exact test up to series maturity:
We don't just deal with the sampling of new developments for our own use. Highly accurate forming tools are also employed in specific customer projects. On request, the specific Department to test new form geometries and effective tool for future concepts for their quality up to series maturity. Modern means of measurement, such as a measuring station which operates both optically and tactilely, ensure that components and tools are measured exactly, and the results can be documented in a reliable way.
Test pilot series without large machines:
transfluid has created an opportunity for customers to accurately investigate and just improve a pilot series without own large machines. Assessment can be performed with high-strength materials and lightweight construction components and geometry, even independently of the tools. The company offers thus a pilot series or prototype production at the lowest cost.
On EMO (machine tool world exhibition) in Hanover, Germany, from 16 to 21 September, this prototyping also a topic of transfluid. The company will be located in hall 4, stand G25.
