The IFT is the first step in the process of securing local and state incentives. If the process is successful, the company plans to add 60 employees to its staff of 190. If the process were to fail, the company would consider re-opening a location in Iowa.

During the development of the mold, Intertech Machinery Inc’s engineering advice will be provided, too, to the product designer for improving the original designing shortness.
