The IFT is the first step in the process of securing local and state incentives. If the process is successful, the company plans to add 60 employees to its staff of 190. If the process were to fail, the company would consider re-opening a location in Iowa.

Romeo RIM is custom reaction injection molder that makes hard plastic parts such as bus bumpers and roofs for agricultural equipment.

Injection molding makes it at home workshop

Its niche is the plastic injection moulding a hobby that really could not exist 10 years ago. Computers have changed the entire dynamics of the home workshop today. 3D scanner, CNC cutting machines, and a wide range of technology was not in someone's garage. For a relatively small amount of money, you can be today at home with the production. X-Ject V1 has the ability to shoot 2 oz resin by hand.

The real difference between most of the thermal injectors and X-Ject is the design.
